Fast As You Can

If you wanna break my heart
Break it as Fast As You Can
Break it as Fast As You Can
Then start running
If you wanna break my heart
You better get a head start
Break it as Fast As You Can
Then start running
If you need to say your prayers,
Pray as Fast As You Can
Pray as Fast As You Can
Then start running
If you're praying for mercy
You better not be praying to me
Pray as Fast As You Can
Then start running
Well the word on the street
Is you were the cheating kind
I didn't pay no mind
To the stories
But you proved them right
With my friend last night
Now I'm gonna make you sorry
You ever crossed me
So if you wanna kiss my friends
Kiss them as Fast As You Can
Kiss them as Fast As You Can
Then start running
If you wanna kiss my friends
you better make your funeral plans
Kiss them as Fast As You Can
Then start running
Well the word on the street
Is you were the cheating kind
I didn't pay no mind, to the stories
But you proved them right
With my friend last night
Now I'm gonna make you sorry
You ever crossed me
So if you wanna break my heart
Break it as Fast As You Can
Break it as Fast As You Can
Then start running
If you wanna break my heart
You better get that head start
Break it as Fast As You Can
As you can
As you can.....
Then start running

Simpleton

I'd been riding horses
Before I could write or read
So I left school at fourteen
With all the schooling a boy could need
I went down to the races
To find me a horse to run
And they said we got one for you
We call him Simpleton
Each morning before daybreak
I'd shine his coat to black
I'd fix him up some breakfast
And I'd take him to the track
And on the mornings we were flying
I thought we would catch the sun
Coz nothing there could touch us
Yeah me and Simpleton
If there's one thing I've learned, from this old life of mine
It's run towards your dreams like you're chasing that finish line
One day at the races
We were running the leader down
Then he took a tumble
And we followed him to ground
And my broken bleeding body
Knew it's racing days were done
Just when we were getting good
Yeah me and Simpleton
I am so much older now
So many years have gone
But sometimes when my body aches
I think of Simpleton
And I know he's waiting for me
Out beyond the stars and sun
And one day we will ride again
Oh me and Simpleton
And one day we will ride again
Oh me, and Simpleton
